Uzuri Villa is situated on the outskirts of the fishing village of Jambiani on Zanzibar’s East Coast, directly on the beach. It has a spacious swimming pool and a large private garden, and guests can rent the whole villa exclusively – or as individual villa suites.

Uzuri Villa offers 7 air-conditioned rooms in two different categories:
- 4 Suites with private terrace (for 2 or 3 pax)
- 3 Junior Suites
There is also a lovely veranda on the second floor where you can enjoy a marvelous view of the Indian Ocean, and a living room on the ground floor (facing the swimming pool and the beach), where you can take your meals, or simply enjoy reading or listening to music.
Uzuri Villa has 4 spacious suites with ocean view, equipped with:
