Zuhura is an elegant 4 bedroom villa with a huge swimming pool. It is very private, light and airy and the verandah upstairs offers incredible views over the tropical gardens to the sea.
The villa is designed for comfort and relaxation. There are four double bedrooms: two en-suite and two with a shared bathroom, and a generous living and dining space. There is a fully equipped kitchen.
There is no AC but all the bedrooms have fans.

The villa is 200 meters from the beach and set in a hectare of wild bush. There is a stunning Baobab tree in the middle of the garden. A short walk down a coral path through a beautiful forest leads you to a private locked Zanzibari wooden door; a quick walk down a village track and there you are, on an endless white beach!
Zuhura Villa is one of the few villas that can be booked self catering. A pre-arrival grocery delivery can be arranged. If you’d like a private chef you can book half board or full board, breakfast is included in the rate.
Bed linen, towels, mosquito nets, fans, wifi, laundry, generator, waste recycling and a fully equipped kitchen are provided. The friendly staff include the housekeeper, security and groundsmen who live on site but out of sight.
The villa is surrounded by a high wall so is completely private, like an Oasis in the village.
You can experience a taste of village life on the short walk down the lane to the beach.
Jambiani has a stunning coral beach that like most beaches in Zanzibar is tidal. Low tide is a great time to swim in the villas pool or go explore on the beach, look in rock pools, take photographs or go on one of the many excursions possible in Zanzibar.
Jambiani is relaxed and vibrant with many restaurants and bars you can walk to, and live music some evenings. Kuza cave and the Seaweed factory are in Jambiani and worth a visit.
