Mr Kahawa Villa is a cosy and comforable beach house with a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere. The African and Oriental décor and furniture is quirky and colourful.
There is an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, as well as a sitting area on the veranda overlooking the plunge pool and sea.
The garden is an oasis for relaxation, with numerous couches, sunbeds and swing beds to lie back in, read a book or enjoy the view.
The villa is perfect for families, as one of the bedrooms has 2 single children’s beds. There are board games as well as children’s books and toys.
The master bedroom, which has AC, has an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom and the twin room share a bathroom. The 3rd double bedroom is upstairs under a typical Zanzibari makuti roof. It is accessed from a staircase outside the villa and has a bathroom in the room, behind an ornate screen
Mr Kahawa Villa is in a superb location, in a calm and peaceful area on the South East coast, called Dongwe. You can laze on your daybed and watch the fisherman and seaweed farmers go by… or go for a long walk on the endless white, palm fringed beach.
The villa is in walking distance to other bars and restaurants. It is 10 km North from Paje, which is known for its kite surfing and vibey atmosphere, with many restaurants and bars to choose from.
Mr Kahawa Villa can either be booked on a self-catering basis, or a private chef can be arranged to prepare all your meals (groceries for your own account).
